Dave has been a pastor for the past 29 years with the United Methodist Church. He has had several pastorates in the Missouri West and Western New York Conferences.

Dave graduated from Houghton College in 1977 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and Saint Paul School of Theology in Kansas City, MO, where he received a Masters in Divinity.

He is married to Donna and has three children and three grandchildren.

Dave believes strongly in the vision of the local Church: "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I command you, an lo, I am with you always." (St. Matthew 28: 19-20). His gifts and graces including being a leader, casting a vision for the church. with prayer and creative programming. He believes in leading a church to a place of commitment not only locally, but globally by developing leaders who will be released to bring health and wholeness to a hurting world.
